Guess the country flag in this free flag quiz: each question shows one of the 173 flags in the Travle game and four possible answers. It is one of the simplest flag games to learn the flags of the world, and after each answer you can open the country page to see its borders and key facts. Answers are drawn at random from the full list, so every round is different. Your score is kept only on this page and is not saved. Flags are local SVG files from Flagpedia.net (public domain, based on Wikimedia Commons).
Tips to guess the country by flag
- To guess the country by its flag, start with the colours and the layout: stripes, a cross, a triangle or a plain field.
- Then look at symbols: a star, a crescent, a sun or a coat of arms narrows the choice a lot.
- Learn the look-alike pairs side by side, such as Chad and Romania or Ireland and Côte d'Ivoire.
